Our award-winning, web-based design and construction quality management tool, ELVIS (Engineering and Laboratory Vital Information System), is customized to meet the needs of each project, and allows team members to access, monitor and manage all project phases in a real-time, transparent manner.

Quality Management Services

As part of our infrastructure consulting services, Raba Kistner has written project-specific QMPs for transportation projects of all sizes, totaling over $12 billion in construction value.
